Customers who are part of our Enterprise plan, have the option to choose or add extensions to their platform. Documentation of the extensions can be found here.
What does Enterprise mean?
Open Social comes in a few different versions: Basic/Premium and Enterprise. The Basic package offers all the features and up to 500 users but does not include extensions and custom features. Our Enterprise package has unlimited users and includes custom features, extensions, API, and even design.
Request a feature
The extensions can be purchased on request. Otherwise, they are only available to Enterprise customers. Please contact your team lead if you would like to purchase an Enterprise feature!
